Confirm the holder and agreement
An escrow inquiry is a request to clarify the available arrangement for your file. The fact that a service is listed here does not identify a bank account, establish an escrow relationship, or authorize a deposit. Obtain and review the transaction-specific instructions and agreement before funds are sent.
Questions to settle before payment
Ask for a clear answer to each item and keep the applicable written instructions with your records.
| Question | What you need to understand |
|---|---|
| Who holds the funds? | The actual person or organization, its role, and independently confirmed contact details. |
| Which instructions apply? | The written agreement, payment method, correct recipient, and verification process. |
| What charges apply? | The relevant service or holder charges, responsibility for them, and any other transaction costs. |
| When can funds be released? | Required documents, approvals, completion evidence, and the authorized decision-maker. |
| What if the transaction does not complete? | The agreement’s process for disputes, cancellation, refunds, or continued holding of funds. |
Verify an unexpected change independently
Pause if a message changes payment details, asks for urgent payment, or discourages independent confirmation. Contact the appropriate party through a known, independently verified channel. Do not rely only on a phone number or link contained in the message that changed the instructions.
Keep financial details out of this form
The public inquiry form is for basic contact and service information. It has no payment or document-upload function. Do not send bank details, government identity numbers, passwords, or signed instructions through the form. Your closer must explain the approved process if those items are needed for an accepted file.
Completion stays subject to the agreement
A file status or automated task does not by itself authorize a financial release. Funds handling and release require the actual arrangement and appropriate human review. If you need legal, financial, or tax advice about that arrangement, seek advice from a qualified professional.
