An inquiry is a starting point
Submitting a request, viewing a guide, or contacting the team does not itself open escrow, authorize work, complete a transfer, or create a service agreement. The team must confirm whether the file can be accepted and what agreement and opening information are required.
Confirm services and costs in writing
The applicable resort, ownership, jurisdiction, parties, and service scope determine the work. Confirm who performs each task, any separate third-party charges, payment responsibilities, and completion evidence. A general page or example does not establish a guaranteed price, turnaround time, title result, or resale outcome.
General guidance and independent advice
Educational content explains common questions and preparation steps. It is not a professional legal, financial, or tax opinion about your situation. Official sources are linked for context within their stated scope; a link does not mean that a public authority endorses this business. Seek qualified advice when your circumstances require it.
Use the site and workspace appropriately
Provide accurate information and use only accounts and files you are authorized to access. Keep passwords and private links confidential. Do not submit another person’s sensitive documents without appropriate authority, attempt to bypass access controls, or send financial or identity information through the public inquiry form.
Private documents and read-only client access
Authorized staff can store supported documents in the private closing workspace. A closer may provide an expiring invitation to a limited client view and approve particular documents for that file contact. Keep the link and downloaded copies private. Access can expire or be revoked. A displayed milestone or released document is a coordination update; it is not by itself legal or financial approval or proof of an ownership change. Ask which completion evidence applies to your accepted service.
Payments, signatures, and document delivery
The website does not process payments or electronically sign closing documents. The public inquiry form and private client view do not accept client document uploads. If an accepted file requires funds, signatures, or additional documents, confirm the actual arrangement and approved delivery channel with your closer. File checks are not malware scanning, signature verification, or professional review of a document’s content. Independently verify unexpected changes to payment instructions.
Questions about a file or agreement
For an existing file, contact your closer or provide the file reference through the published contact channel. Ask for clarification before relying on an unclear term or instruction. The website’s contact-consent checkbox permits contact about the inquiry; it is not an electronic signature on a closing agreement.
